Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Urmawm, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy. If it’s been more than 90 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in its original condition, and still in the original packaging. Please note that perishable goods and certain other items are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer—our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’re waiting on a refund that hasn’t arrived yet, please start by checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to reach out to us at team@urmawm.com.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, just email us at team@urmawm.com, and we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact us at team@urmawm.com, and we’ll guide you on where to send your items. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
